Может кому пригодится:
Отметил что у меня система не предлагала создать пару и не было окошка ввода пин кода.
Пробовал отключать брандмауер не помогает.

Нашел на вашем сайте, что рутокен S под macos не работает, поменял на работе на рутокен ЕЦП 2.0.
Уточните, пожалуйста, где вы нашли эту информацию?
Рутокен S работает под macOS. Иначе бы не было бы драйверов на нашем сайте. Но с Cisco, действительно Рутокен S работать не будет, потому что для Cisco требуется аппаратная криптография, которой нет в этой модели.
Скорее всего, Рутокен ЭЦП 2.0 не отображался в системе как смарт-карта.
Очень интересно было бы узнать видно ли было устройство в окне «Информация о системе» и в Terminal после ввода команды pcsctest.
Есть два предположения, возможно, требовалось переподключить Рутокен ЭЦП 2.0 или перезагрузить компьютер и всё должно было заработать.
Драйверы для Рутокен S и Рутокен для macOS могут быть установлены одновременно.

Нам бы очень хотелось разобраться в проблеме. Никогда ранее мы не сталкивались с подобной ситуацией.
Попробовали воспроизвести у себя описанное, но не получилось.
Вы можете для теста попробовать установить Драйверы для Рутокен S и проверить перестанет ли работать Рутокен ЭЦП 2.0? Будем признательны.

Lev, благодарю вас. Попробовали ещё несколько раз. Проблема не воспроизводится.
Передаю в отдел тестирования, чтобы провести более детальное исследование.
Подскажите ещё, пожалуйста, конфигурацию оборудования: это macbook air или macbook pro?
И правильно ли я понимаю, что вы устанавливаете все драйверы с нашего сайта https://www.rutoken.ru/support/download/mac/?

Lev, из отдела тестирования так же получаем комментарии, что проблема не воспроизводится.
Правильно ли я понимаю, что неработоспособность Рутокен ЭЦП проявляется только в том, что при наличии Драйвера для Рутокен S «Cisco ругается что «No valid certificates avalaible for authentication»?

да при наличии драйвера рутокена S рутокен ЭЦП не работает с циско и psctest тоже не работает.

In general, don’t upgrade a system until all prerequisites are available. If you’re not sure or just in general, perform a test install and a scratch upgrade. As for this app, check for an update, and then contact Cisco Support if not.
Roll in your prior-to-the-upgrade backups and revert, if there’s no AnyConnect update available.
Having run a web search for Cisco AnyConnect Catalina finds the following support notice:
Cisco AnyConnect Users With macOS 10.15 Might Not Be Able To Establish VPN Connection or Might Receive System Pop-up Messages—Software Upgrade Recommended
Cisco AnyConnect and HostScan require updated releases for compatibility with the upcoming macOS Catalina release (10.15). Beginning with macOS Catalina release (10.15), the operating system will no longer support the executing of 32-bit binaries. Additionally, applications must be cryptographically notarized in order to be installed by the operating system. Cisco AnyConnect 4.8.00175 is the first version that officially supports operation on macOS Catalina and contains no 32-bit code.
Which implies there’s a bug or mis-configuration here. If there’s no newer AnyConnect version and no other support notes, contact Cisco Support. This is a Cisco app, so Cisco Support will have a better position to identify and address any app issues.

Uninstalled previous version, tried different other version like 4.7, 4.8 unstalled them as well and the stroke luck with v.4.4.02034, ran v.4.1 yesterday all on MacOS 10.14.6

Don’t see any overlapping between local IP range from WiFi cnx and VPN IP assigned range, as many others have states as a possible RC for the Unable to verify routing table modifications.

Good you got it working. Just a data point: I am successfully running MacOS 10.4.6 and Cisco VPN 4.6.04054.

We had the same exact issue yesterday with version 4.2.01035. «No components loaded». It was working fine the day before. I ended up packing and deploying 4.8 which works. However, I have a support ticket with Cisco and sent them logs using the Diagnostic Reporting Tool to find out why that happened. What worries me is it could happen again in the future with another version. Will reply back once I get an answer, hopefully.

Had this exact same issue — I have AnyConnect v.4.1.08005 on my work laptop, hasn’t been updated since 2015. Yesterday all of a sudden I got this «No components loaded» modal as soon as I opened the AC client. Opened a ticket with the company helpdesk but couldn’t wait for a response so I did my own investigation. I still don’t know why AC suddenly stopped working, but I did find a solution:
I have no idea if this is supported by my company and it wasn’t easy to configure, but it does work. I had to know where my certificate is (and how to export it from Keychain), where my AnyConnect profile is (I had a few, so I had to know which one to use), and the tunnel group I belong to. Hope this helps!

LICENSING AND INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS:
You must have an active AnyConnect Plus, Apex or VPN Only term/contract to utilize this software. Use is no longer permitted for older Essentials/Premium with Mobile licensing. AnyConnect may never be used with non-Cisco servers.
Trial AnyConnect Apex (ASA) licenses are available for administrators at www.cisco.com/go/license
AnyConnect for iOS requires Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Boot image 8.0(4) or later.
Per App VPN requires ASA 9.3(2) or later (5500-X/ASAv only) with Plus, Apex or VPN Only licensing and a minimum Apple iOS version of 10.x.
